We use Funnel Sketchers (a GoHighLevel white-label platform) to manage our email marketing and contact database. Your data is stored within this platform and processed in accordance with GoHighLevel's privacy policy.

We only send marketing emails with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

Booking and discovery calls
If you book a call or discovery session with us, we collect your name, email address, and any other details you provide when booking. This is used to manage your appointment and follow up appropriately.

Client work
Data collected and processed in the course of providing services to clients is governed by the terms of the relevant client contract. We do not use client data for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed services.

3. How We Use Artificial Intelligence Tools

In the course of our work, we use AI-powered tools to assist with tasks such as drafting content, research, and operational efficiency. These may include tools such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), GoHighLevel's built-in AI features, and other AI assistants that support our work.

We take care not to input personally identifiable information about clients, leads, or third parties into AI tools without a legitimate reason to do so. Where we use AI tools in connection with our services, we ensure this is proportionate and appropriate.

AI tools we use are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not rely solely on AI-generated output without human review, and we take responsibility for any content or decisions that arise from our work.
