My Story…
Before starting my business, I spent 20 years in hotel management, leading strategy, systems and customer experience across multiple locations.
Hospitality teaches you something powerful:
A great experience doesn’t happen by accident.
Behind every seamless guest experience is a carefully designed system.
Every process, every handover and every detail works together to create something that feels effortless to the customer.
When COVID hit and I was made redundant, I faced a moment of uncertainty about what came next.
Then something unexpected happened.
Friends began asking for help with their businesses.
As I supported them, I realised that the skills I’d developed in hospitality, strategy, system building, efficiency and customer experience design were exactly what many growing businesses were missing.
Brilliant female founders with huge potential were struggling not because of their ideas, but because their businesses lacked structure.
They had expertise, passion and clients.
What they didn’t have were the right systems.
What I Believe…
I believe businesses should support the life you want to live, not consume it.
The right systems don’t remove the human element from your business.
They protect it.

I’ve seen first-hand what happens when a business depends entirely on the founder.

It creates constant pressure and leaves very little space for the strategic thinking that actually grows a business.

Originally from Cork, Ireland, I now live in the Surrey Hills with my vivacious 8-year-old mini-me, our mischievous Cockapoo, and my South African husband.
In my free time, you’ll find me playing social tennis with very loose rules, walking the dog with a great podcast, catching up with friends, and reading self-development books that fuel my love for business and growth.
